    The service is friendly and welcoming
    I've had issues with A&W in the past and wasn't a big fan since there revamp it's now my new favourite burger place

    This particular store has a steady flow of traffic coming in and out of it so keeping up with the cleaning sometimes seems to be an issue but I have seen them when they have a minute come out and clean

    There is plenty of parking but sometimes hard to get a spot

    Disgusting! Employees take out garbage, deal with cash, wipe counters with brown grease soaked rags, then place toppings like pickles, onions, tomatoes with bare hands without washing hands first. Seen same thing at 3 diff locations already this being the worst so far though. They keep pre cooked burgers in drawers like McDonald's & even when I specifically asked for fresh made burgers they tried tricking me & giving me one from the drawer. Then I had to argue to finally get them to cancel my order. Wouldn't give me a receipt or managers information.

    My Wife has troubles with breakfast. She can't eat eggs and is a bit fussy. She loves her burgers and well...FINALLY a burger in the morning!!!!

    For a fast food place, it takes over 5 min to serve an order of fries. And only one more person here besides me. They are not busy.

    I usually come here about once a month when I go get my hair cut next door. I always come for breakfast and the service is always fast and friendly. I especially like the fact that the cashier will ask me to confirm my order on the screen before she rings it all up. A nice little touch. Food is always good, and my wife loves their pancakes and coffee. While the restaurant is not as busy as Mcdonald's, I actually prefer this more because I can have a peaceful breakfast and have a conversation with my wife where we both don't have to yell. I remember that I used to go to A&W for breakfast when I was a kid, and I'm glad they kept up the quality of service all these years. Definitely will be coming back again!
